Retail Assistant
Job Requirement
- 18 years old and above Minimum qualification: SPM.
- Responsible and committed to work.
- Able to work OT / on shift basis, including Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays during peak season.
- Pleasant, well-groomed, and enjoy interacting with people.
- Customer oriented, team player, and possess initiative.
- Ability to work in Taman Asean and Tanjung Minyak Perdan
Description
- Provide excellent customer service such as greet and welcome customers.
- Assist customers in locating products, answering their questions, and providing accurate information about product features, prices, and availability.
- Monitor and manage inventory levels.
- Arranging merchandise and restock shelves.
- Maintains and housekeep the retail outlet and storeroom.
- Other duties as assigned.
Working Hours
- Monday - Friday : 9.45am - 6pm
- Saturday : 8.45am - 5.30pm
- Sunday : Rest Day
